Evelyn Spyro Throckmorton was once an evil foe of Birdman, and is now one of Harvey Birdman's frequent courtroom adversaries. Spyro has tendencies toward the dramatic, going so far as to reenact a famous aria from the acclaimed opera Pagliacci in the courtroom (Dabba Don).

Over dramatic
His hatred for all things chaotic forced him at an early age into the welcoming arms of Lady Theatre. Fancying himself as a thespian, he stages theater, spoken word plays, and opera in the courtroom as oral arguments. He brings serious production values to his courtroom theatrics, reenacting crimes or staging elaborate musical numbers after the jury’s agreed to pay the two-drink minimum. He often talks above witnesses, occasionally questioning them in foreign speeches. He prepped at Choate and received his law degree from Yale. He is also fluent in French.
