Bear's actual role at the law firm is unclear, commonly believed to be a lawyer/bartender, and his presence among the employees seems to often go unnoticed or unmentioned by the others. He is often seen randomly assisting the others in various bizarre tasks. He sometimes comments by smiling and releasing a cute and inquisitive-sounding "Awr?"
